Nigeria Television Authority cameraman and reporter Zakariyya Isa was shot dead Saturday evening in front of his house shortly after leaving a mosque in the northeastern city of Maiduguri, where the sect known as Boko Haram has carried out most of its attacks.

“Zakariyya was not killed in error,” said the emailed statement from Abul Qaqa, who has claimed to speak on behalf of the sect a number of times in the past.

“We killed him because he was spying on us for Nigerian security authorities. The killing was carefully planned and executed.

“We have ample evidence … that he was giving vital information to security agencies on our mode of operation that led to the arrest of many of our members.”

There was however no evidence that the journalist had acted as an informant, and both his network and the secret police strongly denied the claim.

"Having kids with different women definitely affected me. But all in all, people will talk, others will criticize, while some will rejoice at their fellow man's misfortune because that's how human beings are. But I was really affected. Would I have been bigger is if it hadn't happened? That I don't know. Maybe all those things happened to prevent me from doing something worse. Polygamy was never part of my plan. Everybody has their plans and mine was never to be polygamous. But I would have done the same thing again, which is to accept the children. I love my children" Tuface Idibia to Chilee Agunanna of Encomium mag.........

DRAMATIC: Upcoming R&B singer Dencia fights @ the Headies

Yesterday night at the Headies Awards, fast rising R&B singer Dencia and another babe, Liz almost tore their clothes apart while one of them got her wig pulled, before on-lookers quickly came between them. Dencia attacked Liz claiming she stole some of her clothes, shoes and accessories in the past. An eye witness who saw the scenario says she was shocked to her nerves when she saw Dencia exchange blows with another lady. Also stating that, more is expected from her especially now that she is trying to stamp her feet in the entertainment world.

BTW Eldee dedicated his award to his wife, Dolapo who some say have been disturbed by her husband and the messy Mo’cheddah’s nude pic. The guy tried to win her back by telling the world yesterday how much he loved her (dolapo) on stage. SMART!
